Yes. and in fact you only needed to get the dark crusade, but if you have Dawn of War installed too you get to play with them onlineWarhammer: Dawn of War Dark Crusade Question?
Dark Crusade only lets you use the Necrons and the Tau in Skirmishes and online games. But you can use all 7 races in the campaign.
