Warhammer Star Wars will we ever see this?

Is games workshop ever going to do Star Wars warhammer?



Also is there any other company that does Star Wars models where you can build them up and paint them?Warhammer Star Wars will we ever see this?
Wizards Of The Coast only make 34mm pre-painted plastics but there are metal Star Wars miniatures if you know where to look.

There was already a Star Wars miniatures game by Wizards of the Coast (the guys who do D%26amp;D), and there was also a Star Wars Heroclix range. There has also been a separate Star Wars fleet battles game.



Games Workshop will never do one, mainly because of the insane cost in just obtaining the rights from Lucasarts. GW learned what a catastrophy the lord of the Rings game turned out to be (good sales while the movies were new, terrible ever since) and at least LotR was similar to their existing stuff. Star Wars is too different and too expensive legally.
